2007: A deadly year for Police Officers (current events for more)
You are cordially invited to the 3rd Annual Evansville Police Department and Police Merit Commission Awards Banquet on Tuesday, February 19, 2008. The event will be held at The Centre, Ballrooms B, C, and D. The doors will open at 11:00 a.m. with the lunch beginning at approximately 11:15 a.m.
The Awards’ Banquet will honor those officers receiving Merit Awards in 2007 as well as honoring the service of the 30 officers who retired or passed away in 2007
Tickets for the banquet are $13.00 per person. Please see Jennifer in the Chief's Office to purchase your tickets. Checks should be made payable to: Evansville Police Department. The deadline to purchase tickets is Wednesday, February 13th. If you wish to attend the awards' ceremony only, it will begin at approximately 12:15 p.m.
